Heather- I am the owner of SPRUCE and Hattie the cockerpoo. I work across all 3 salons, and have the C and G L3 Diploma in Dog Grooming.
Mica lives and works in Cricklade, running the salon like clockwork, day to day, and owns Arlo the springer x. Mica has her City and Guilds L2 Animal Care, and in the process of planning her L3 C and G.
Lauren is Level 2 City and Guilds qualified, and just completing her L3. She works in the Cricklade salon, keeping us all very entertained (!) alongside Mica, and she owns Ruby, a very big rescue girl (not pictured)
Kitty has joined us this summer as our new apprentice, studying for her City and Guilds in dog grooming. Kitty has a wealth of skills for her background in hairdressing and will be based in the Ciren Toomers salon.
Marisa brings both her quiet confident approach and her qualifications, (level 2 City and Guilds, soon to be L3) to the Cirencester Toomers salon; Marisa was self- employed at Belmar in Swindon, and as a true accolade to her talent, many of her dogs are following her to her new location in Toomers!
This is Gina, with her dog Gibbs; Gina largely works in Cirencester, except when she comes to Cricklade to do 2 large standard poodles- her speciality! Gina has been grooming for 45 years... and has a remarkable level of skill and talent. SPRUCE feel lucky to have her!
Jordan was a fantastic find for the Cirencester salons, having worked previously at Happy Hounds in the marketplace, Ciren. She is a whizz with our software platform, has excellent scissor skills, and owns Bandit the terrier.
This is my long- suffering husband Jason, who is at the heart of SPRUCE, supporting me, keeping all equipment working, and fulfilling SPRUCE DIY duties admirably. Qualified in IT and project management!
Maria joined us recently to undertake the brand new City and Guilds Dog Grooming apprenticeship. She is based in the Cricklade salon, and is a ray of sunshine to the team and the dogs alike, being very patient and positive!... and yes, she likes a drink!
Madi and Niamh joined us recently, to complete their volunteering for their silver and bronze Duke of Edinburgh awards. They are both huge assets to the Saturday team, and their love for dogs clearly shines through.
